Zaharat Raqamiaat Project
Zahrat Raqamiaat project is funded by the PPI within the framework of the Civil Society Participation towards Sustainable Development in Egypt project. It aims to raise digital skills among girls and women, raise digital awareness in society, spread the culture of safe internet use, and create role models as successful examples in the field of information technology.
Youth Employment Project in Environmental Cleanliness Campaigns
A project funded by the Social Fund for Development with a grant from the European Union, it aims to engage youth in health and environmental improvement initiatives to enhance the health status of targeted communities.
Building the Islamic Complex
The Islamic complex was established in cooperation with the village's charitable people at 257,000 Egyptian pounds. It includes a mosque, a women's prayer room, and the association's building.
Cooperation with CARE International
- Home drinking water delivery project.
- Low-cost sanitation project.
- Healthcare project for informal labor families in the village.
- 147 families benefited from the projects at a total cost of EGP 130,000.
Combating School Dropout
In cooperation with the World Bank and the European Union, the association identified students and reprepared them for their re-entry into school by providing clothing and expenses.
The project was implemented in cooperation with Al-Nasr, Al-Obour, and Al-Nadafin Elementary Schools.
A one-classroom school was hosted at the association's headquarters, and the project was completed in cooperation with Al-Borouj and Al-Ababda.
A Solidarity Fund for Education was established, which collects donations from families to be spent on combating school dropouts.
Quran Memorization Offices
The association sponsors three Quran memorization offices and holds an annual celebration to honor those who have memorized the Quran. 400 young men and women were honored from 2005 to 2010.
Nursery Development
The nursery was developed with funding from the Social Fund for Development and the Social Solidarity Directorate at EGP 26,000. It provides job opportunities for girls and includes educational halls and games.
Rural Women's Development
Rural women's development through a girls' workshop project, in addition to handicrafts and crafts.
The project provides a workshop for girls, in addition to handicrafts and crafts. Awareness seminars are held for girls.
"Wa3i" Initiative for Safe Internet Use
An initiative launched by the association as part of its Silver Jubilee celebrations (25 years) of its journey in developing society in all its entities and categories. It aims to raise awareness among children, youth, and parents of the importance of and how to use the internet safely.
Launching of "Cloud Initiative 2020"
The initiative was launched in October 2017 and implemented in the El Tod Center in Luxor Governorate. It aims to be implemented in all centers in the governorate and across the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The initiative includes five initiatives, some of which have been launched in recent years, and some that have been developed and launched recently.
Cloud 2020 serves all segments of society included in the strategic plan of Data Nagaa Khamis.
The initiative aims to bridge the digital gap between the current, technology-savvy generation and previous generations, creating youth qualified for the job market in various fields using information technology.
It also aims to create citizens capable of using and maintaining the smart devices they need to benefit from the services and resources available in their city, creating employees capable of providing and benefiting from smart services, and educating citizens about the risks, benefits, and safe ways to use the internet.
Cisco Academy Accreditation
In 2017, Data Nagaa Khamis was accredited as a Cisco Academy affiliated with the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics.
Ten trainers from Data Nagaa Khamis were trained and certified as Cisco curriculum trainers.
Launching the "Technology Seeds" Initiative
An initiative that aims to educate and empower children from the age of 7 to 18 with information technology tools that enable them to be productive, not just users of technology.
The Program of Raising the Productivity of State Employees
In 2015, an agreement was reached with the Ministry of Communications and the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics to provide more than 84 free training programs for government employees.
To date, 200 employees have been trained and qualified in several free training programs.
Celebration of Girls in ICT Day
From 2015 to 2018, International Girls in ICT Day was celebrated as which is an event for girls and young women to thrive in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) careers, they need to acquire skills to become both ICT users and creators in the digital world. And every year, ITU (International Telecommunication Union) works to inspire and encourage girls to pursue a future in ICTs and to empower them by ensuring they have the necessary skills, confidence and support to achieve their goals.
All Egypt Online Initiative
Information Technology Institute Scholarship (ITI)
In 2015, DATA IT House has been accredited as a Computer Science Center affiliated with the Information Technology Institute, making it the first association to be accredited at the governorate level.
12 trainers were trained and qualified in the field of website design, accredited by the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and the Ministry of Communications.
Certi Port Authorized Testing Center
In 2014, a contract was signed for DATA IT House to accredit all CERTIPORT certifications.
Eleven specialized training and exams were provided for international certifications in the field of information technology.

Oracle Academy Accreditation
Intel Learn Program
In 2013, children were trained on computer basics in an engaging, collaborative manner, fostering team spirit and knowledge sharing as part of the Intel Learn Program.
The Nagaa Khamis IT House was the only technology house in Luxor Governorate offering this training.
Forty children (males and females) were trained.
Microsoft Digital Literacy (MDL)
In 2012, the Technology Club partnered with Microsoft — U.S. Office to offer the essential Microsoft Digital Literacy training. The association received approval from the company to provide this training for a small fee.
We have partnered with the Teachers' Care Association in Deir, Esna, the Community Development Association in Daraw, Luxor Branch, and the Luxor Public Library to offer this training under the supervision of the Nagaa Khamis Technology Club, and we have trained and examined 200 participants.
International Computer Driving License (ICDL)
In 2010, training has begun on spreading the culture of information technology, with 30 individuals receiving training on the International Computer Driving License (ICDL).
In 2014, DATA IT House was accredited as an international training and testing center for the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) V.5 by ICDL Arabia and 100 individuals were trained and tested.
